Be your own judge

I agree. But this does not mean that we should not allow others to judge. Calling out inauthenticity (disintegrity, irresponsibility, non-accountability, etc) is about the grandnarrative-ness of the situation. To change people’s minds is no easy task. To do it on a large scale is difficult but not impossible.

I see America as a good example of this. Many other places have been able to make changes. Many haven’t as well. America is but one nation and one people among many good examples. It may be America is just loud and brash. Other people do it quietly, without fuss.
